I have had a 12V one for 11 years for leisure on weekends, and this one has two power sources (12V DC and 240V AC). I bought it because it can be connected to 240V and it also comes with a stainless steel tray. I need it for work, and it's great because I can reduce the heating times a bit from 80W to 20-30 minutes, and the food is already hot and even burns a bit. It's a good choice and comes with its case and a pair of metal dessert-style cutlery, but I use my own main ones. The connectors are very easy to distinguish, and the one on the lunchbox at the entrance has a flat connector while the other has a groove.

It arrived earlier than the expected date and better than in the photos on the app; it fulfills its function as a good product.
